Most orders placed Monday-Friday will packed and sent within 1 to 2 business days unless otherwise specified on the product detail page. Our standard delivery option is shipped with a registered mail tracking number. Please view our delivery information page for more details on shipping time.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct address during checkout. If a package is ever undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer may responsible for any shipping charges to resend the package.
Within 12-48 hours after your item(s) have shipped, we’ll send you a Shipment Notification email that includes the carrier’s name. You can also view this information by signing in to online Order Status section. Click the tracking number to view the status of your package on the carrier’s website. Tracking information may not be immediately available. The U.S. Postal Service and other carriers may not provide up to date tracking information.
Our carriers include the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and DHL. Standard Delivery is within 5 to 14 standard days. Expedited Delivery is within within 2 to 4 business days. Important note: Please follow your shipment on the below sites using your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number, please contact our customer service. If you haven't received your package within 14 days, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Lost packages: If a package is ever lost in transit, please get in contact with us to make arrangements for the package to be resent.
Damaged products: If you have received a damaged product, it must be reported to our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. Please send a photo of the damage and we will need to make a claim with the courier and resend the product.
You may be able to cancel an item or an entire order, provided the item(s) in your order have not been prepared for shipment, or have not processed nor shipped. If you are unable to cancel item(s) and need to make a return, please review the Returns section and get in contact with us.
Unless otherwise indicated on the face of the invoice, prices are quoted in the stated currency which can be selected at the top right part of this webpage.

Buyer shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Seller and its affiliated or related companies from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, damages and expenses including, but not limited to, attorneys’ fees and cost of defense arising from, related to or in any way connected with or alleged to arise from or out of any asserted deficiencies or defects in Product caused by any alteration or modification thereof by Buyer with or without Seller’s consent, or improper handling or storage by Buyer, the breach of any term or condition stated herein, Buyer’s failure to label Product or Buyer’s improper labeling of Product regardless of whether the labeling was done with or without the advice of Seller.
Any product purchased through us can be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from the date you made your order. Please read the below steps explaining how to exercise this.
1. Request a return number by e-mailing us or using on our website contact form before returning the product. Please include your name, order number, the reason for the return, and if you want to return for a full refund or exchange for another product. Within 1 to 2 business days after submitting the request you will be contacted via email with an RMA number and product return instructions.
2. Returned items must be complete condition and not missing necessary parts. When returning a product, please write your RMA number on the package.
3. We will not pay the return shipping costs for non-defective returns. It is also the customer's responsibility to ensure that the returned goods are packed properly.
4. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. The refund will be issued the same day as we receive your returned product. If the product is not required to be returned, the refund will be issued on the same date as we specify to you by email.
If you wish to get a replacement of the same product because of a defective product after 30 days from the date you made the order, all products we sell come with our own 6 month replacement warranty from the order date. Please email us with your order number and description of the defect for a replacement. We can send the same product or an equivalent product of similar value that you specify.
Seller warrants that the purchased Product is free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If an analysis is stated on the face of the Invoice, it is not intended to be a complete analysis and is not to be regarded as a specification or warranty, unless specifically stated in writing to be such.
Buyer acknowledges and agrees that seller’s liability for any claims with respect to the products shall not exceed the amount paid by buyer for the products under the invoice. Such limitations on seller’s liability hereunder shall apply even if seller’s liability is due in whole or in part to its own negligence. Any action by or on behalf of Buyer or its successors or assigns for breach of this document must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action as accrued.
This document shall be interpreted and governed by the law of Hong Kong, excluding its conflicts of laws rules. The parties specifically exclude the application of the United Nations Convention on the Sale of Goods.
We do not charge any tax. All products are sent as DDP so you will not be charged any import tax or duties.
