What carriers do you use?
We work with trusted logistics partners to make sure your package arrives safely and on time. Our main shipping carriers are Yunexpress and FedEx.
How quickly do you process orders?
Orders are usually processed within 1 business day. This includes verifying your order, packing it, and handing it over to the carrier. Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.
How long does delivery take?
Once your order has been processed:
Express shipping generally takes 1 to 3 business days
Standard shipping takes approximately 5 to 10 business days

Can I track my order?
Absolutely. When your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this to check your shipment’s status directly on the carrier’s website (e.g., Yunexpress, DHL Express, or FedEx).
Do you offer free shipping?
If you purchase 2 or more items, shipping is free. Otherwise it is a flat rate fee of $6.99USD per order. This charge will be displayed to you on the cart page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Since we ship from Hong Kong, we’re able to deliver to most international destinations with reliable global shipping solutions.
What if I haven’t received my order?
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, first check your tracking link for updates. If there’s a delay or issue, reach out to us right away, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
Can I update my shipping address after ordering?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We can update the address before the order ships, but once it’s in transit, changes may not be possible.
What if my package gets lost?
In the rare case that your package is lost during shipping, contact us and we’ll investigate the issue with the carrier. If necessary, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund.
