Thank you for choosing MoonWalkBaby! We’re committed to delivering high-quality products and a great shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right with your order, our return and refund process is here to make things as smooth and straightforward as possible.



How to Start a Return

If you’d like to return an item, please email us at [email protected]    Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.



For What Situation Can You Return an Item?

We accept returns for a variety of reasons—whether you’ve changed your mind, need a different item, or received a product that’s damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in original condition

Any tags or packaging should be intact

Items must not be used or heavily worn, due to hygiene reasons

Please note: We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.



Sending Your Return

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions via email. Simply follow the steps and ship the item back to us using your preferred carrier.  Please note that we do not provide prepaid return shipping label



Getting Your Refund

After we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund on the same day. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Keep in mind, depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account.


Lost Return Packages

If your return package is lost in transit, don’t worry—you won’t be held responsible. We’ll still issue your refund, even if the package doesn’t make it back to us.
