How To Request a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to our customer service team via email at [email protected] or click here to use the contact form on our contact page. We require that return requests be made within 14 days from the delivery date of your item. 


In What Situation Can You Return

We accept returns, whether you've changed your mind, need an exchange, or in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We aim to make this process as hassle-free as possible. Please note that we do not cover return shipping or provide free return labels.

However, it's important to note that used or heavily worn products cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons. We request that items be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact, to ensure they are eligible for a refund.


Return Label

For all approved return requests, we will email return instructions. You are responsible for postage. Simply attach this label to your package and send the item back to us.


Refund Process

Upon receiving your returned item, we will promptly process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase on the same day we receive the returned product. Please be aware that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.


Lost Packages

We understand that sometimes packages may get lost in transit. Rest assured, you will not be held liable for lost return packages. In the unfortunate event that your package is lost, we will still honor a refund, ensuring that you are not adversely affected by such incidents.
